There are NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS due to the following:
shipping errors that are deemed to be the customer's fault including the wrong address,
the size is incorrect,
the misplacement of the product (stolen, damaged when wearing, smells, and other acts of God).
Kacia Bre Collection is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, but will assist you with getting a refund from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All shipments are insured & signature required.
All orders are insured by the US Post Office. I ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. ALL orders require a SIGNATURE RELEASE (no exceptions!)
You will receive your package 7-12 business days (estimated) from the day you place your order not including 2 business day payment processing (10-15 business days if there's inclement weather).
If you have not received your order within 24 hours of your expected delivery date, please contact the US Post Office with your tracking number.

USPS will be able to assist in locating and delivering any missing packages. During holiday seasons or inclement weather, shipping may take slightly longer. Please plan accordingly and order your hair at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.
Kacia Bre Collection is not responsible for any lost packages at the fault of the postal service.
If your package is lost due to USPS mishandling, I will not be held responsible. However; I will assist you with submitting a claim on to USPS, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you do not follow the shipping instructions YOUR ORDER WILL NOT be shipped or processed. (IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE SHIPPING POLICY YOUR ORDER WILL/CAN BE CANCELLED AND WILL BE ASSESSED A 15% CANCELLATION FEE).
Personal information we collect
